Yes. On a VoxiPlus line Voxi answers questions, takes messages and transfers calls on its own. Booking appointments needs a Voxiplan calendar.
Which languages does Voxi speak?
More than 66. Voxi picks up the caller's language and answers in it, so a team that speaks two languages can serve callers in many more.
What happens when Voxi doesn't know the answer?
It follows your handover rules. Voxi transfers the call to a colleague or takes a message, and the thread shows up in Conversations for your team.
Does Voxi replace my receptionist?
Voxi takes the routine calls and the ones that come in after hours. Your receptionist gets more time for the people standing at the desk.
Is my data used to train AI?
